Peyton Manning has a partially torn plantar fascia in his right foot, a person familiar with the situation said Monday. Speaking on condition of anonymity because the Broncos haven't addressed specifics of Manning's injury, the person confirmed reports from ESPN and KCNC-TV in Denver that Manning has a tear in the thick tissue that connects the heel bone to the toes and creates the arch of the foot. Manning has been dealing with the sore foot for a while.
